Having built in excess of 1000 Navigator Yachts, many of our clients are on their second or even third Navigator Yacht. Our goal is to continually evolve our product to exceed the expectations of the ever-increasing demands of our marketplace.
The CA crew has delivered literally hundreds of Navigator Yachts giving them the experience to walk you through the build process. With the factory conveniently located in our “backyard” we regularly visit our yachts while in construction. On an appointment basis we are pleased to offer factory tours to prospective buyers.
Navigator 4200
The 4200 is our smallest boat in our product mix. It has molded steps to the fly bridge comes standard with a small dinghy crane to lift a shore boat or kayaks. While it is the “baby” of the fleet it packs many standard features.
Navigator 4600
The Navigator 4600 has the feel of a much larger boat. It, like the 42, has wide sidedecks for access to the bow. The fly bridge is accessed via molded steps from the cockpit as well. The galley is ‘up’ on the helm level.
Navigator 4800
The 4800 has been in our model line since 1998. It has been very popular and there have been over 145 built to date. There have been a couple of features that has made this boat so successful.
Navigator 5100
The 5100 was developed with the help of numerous past customers’ input. Also having built in excess of 200 50-53 foot models we had a good idea of how we wanted to update this model yet retain our classic beauty and timeless appeal.
Navigator 5800
The 5800 is basically a longer version of the 51. Built on an extended hull of the same beam it simply offers more room throughout. The salon and galley level are longer and it is immediately apparent if walking from the 5100 onto the 5800.
Navigator 58 Rival
The 58’ Rival by Navigator has a well proven and sea worthy hull that delivers a solid, dry and fast ride in all sea conditions. Powered by reliable Volvo diesel engines, this boat will expand your horizons.
Navigator 6200
The 6200 is the start of the wide-body yachts from Navigator. It is built with a 17’4” beam and is substantially larger than the typical 15’ beam used through the rest of our models.
Key Features: Construction
- Solid FRP hull construction – bottom and sides. Overlaps in stress areas with biaxial Fabrics. Average ¾” bottom thickness Thicker in overlap areas.
- Vinylester resin skin coat on entire hull, for improved blister resistance.
- Premium epoxy barrier coat applied before bottom paint.
- End grain balsa cored deck structures for improved stiffness.
- Hull to deck joint – fastened every 4” – 6”, along with sikaflex hi – strength adhesive. Then the inside is completely bonded with bi – axial fabrics for a watertight seal.
- Secondary bonds use bi – axial fabric with hi – strength DCPD / Vinylester bonding resin.
- Premium ISO / NPG cook armorflex gel coat for hi gloss and extended life.
- Molded FRP water tank with lead – free FDA approved resin.
- Molded FRP waste tank.
- All FRP exhaust piping made with fire retardant resin.
- Main deck floors have 6063 – T52 aluminum box channel sub – frame grids and structural supports.
- Full length stringers – one - piece laminated Douglas fir, encapsulated in FRP.
- Window frames are proprietary powder coated welded aluminum and fabricated by Navigator Yachts.
- All powder coating to mil – spec, include primer, chem. Film, and marine rated powder coat.
- Welded 304L Stainless Steel rails, 1 1/8” Diameter, fabricated by Navigator Yachts.
- Welded 5052 – H32 Aluminum fuel tanks, pressure tested, fabricated by Navigator Yachts.
- Aluminum backing plates on all cleats.
Key Features: Mechanical
- Custom, main electrical panel. UL listed marine grade cable.
- Hydraulic steering with dual station helm pumps.
- Hynautic hydraulic engine controls. Electronic controls with Volvo EDC engines.
- Double tapered aquamet shafts.
- Custom, electronic dash – finish in select hardwoods.
- Davit / Tender storage boat deck for all models.
- Thru bolted 6061 – T6 aluminum angle engine saddles with back – up plate.
- Type A1 fuel lines with crimped fuel fittings and racor marine UL listed filters.
- Oversized rudders with FRP rudder supports and stainless steel tie – bar.
- Fiberglass engine drip pans.
- Seated polyethylene FDA approved plumbing.

- Selected hardwood interiors – maple, cherry, ect.
- Hi – Gloss finish available throughout.
- Hand built custom furniture – glued and screwed poplar frames.
- Hand crafted custom soft goods – unlimited fabric selection.
